Dy. Manager / Manager HR

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of high-quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. Including Job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles and drive improvements in time to hire.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
• Oversee performance management processes, including Goal setting, feedback, and appraisals to ensure high-performing teams.
• Manage the Payroll Operations, Compensation and Benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and health and welfare benefits.
• Ensure HR compliance with Federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS etc.
• HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on HR operations and trends
• Manage HR projects and initiatives as assigned
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Employee engagement Initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

1. MBA/ Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, MBA-HR or related discipline.

2. Minimum 5+ years experience in HR.

3. Strong knowledge of Hiring process.

4. Strong knowledge of Payroll operations & related compliances.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

6. Understanding of HR Best practices, Latest trends and current regulations.

7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi).

8. Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.

9. Familiarity with MS Office suite.

10. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
