Job Description

Key Responsibilities:. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. o Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and create job descriptions. o Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to attract top talent. 2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. o Conduct exit interviews, manage offboarding procedures, and analyze feedback to improve employee retention

Employee Relations:. Address employee queries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. o Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure job satisfaction and engagement

Performance Management:. Support performance appraisal processes and help design performance improvement plans. o Assist managers in providing feedback and career development support to employees

HR Policies & Compliance:. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and employment regulations. o Develop, update, and communicate HR policies to employees. o Stay updated on labor laws and advise management on legal compliance issues

Compensation & Benefits:. Support payroll processing and benefits administration. o Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks

Learning & Development:. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. o Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

HR Data & Reporting:. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data. o Prepare and present HR reports, including metrics related to recruitment, turnover, and employee engagement

Employee Engagement:. Organize employee engagement activities to enhance morale and promote company culture. o Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and implement improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

A Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance

Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems. o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. o Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools. Other Qualifications:. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
