Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Recruitment Selection - Manage job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
• On boarding - Handle new hire orientation and documentation.
• Payroll Compliance - Process payroll and ensure legal compliance.
• Employee Relations Engagement - Address queries and organise team-building activities.
• Performance Training - Support appraisals and coordinate training sessions.
• Data Record Management - Maintain employee records and HR reports.
• Retention Conflict Resolution - Develop retention strategies and mediate conflicts.
• HR Software - Utilise HRMS and other HR tools for smooth operations.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Experience in recruitment and talent management

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in HR or Equivalent.
• Experience: 3-6 years in Software / IT Company; familiar with HRMS and labour laws.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, MS Office, and attention to detail.

Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, Mon-Sat (2nd 4th Sat off)
