Responsibilities
Business Analysis:
- Create and maintain documentation (BRD, SOW, workflows, status reports).
- Conduct client interviews, workshops, and surveys for requirements elicitation.
- Perform As-Is and To-Be Gap Analysis to optimize workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Facilitate workshops to refine requirements and design ERP solutions.
- Support UAT, post-implementation reviews, and client training.
- Provide ongoing client support and optimize internal delivery processes.
Delivery Management:
- Plan and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct client updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Working Hours : 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off)
