Job Description
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 per month
Gender: Female Candidates Preferred
Experience Required: 0 to 2 years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Maintaining recruitment reports and documentation.
- Building a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
- Coordinating with teams for smooth onboarding processes.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
