Head - Manufacturing

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall manufacturing operations & assembly lines of Aluminium Air Batteries & Energy systems.

2. Responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, and maintenance.

3. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Manage SCM Operations, including inventory management, supply chain optimization, and logistics coordination.

5. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives through effective communication and collaboration.

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

7. Maintaining MIS Reports.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Strong understanding of PPC (Production Planning & Control), Change Management, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, Production Planning & Control principles.

2. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts such as 7QC (Seven Quality Control Tools) and SPC (Statistical Process Control).

3. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency by implementing process improvements initiatives

4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.

5. Candidates having experience in Battery Technologies, Power systems & Energy solutions will be given preference.

6. Candidates should have experience on ERP Implementation and Deployment.
