Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Head to oversee the overall operations of hygiene products manufacturing facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement factory strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Align factory operations with company goals and vision.

Operations Management:

- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution.

- Ensure efficient use of resources (manpower, machinery, materials).

- Monitor and control production costs.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain quality control processes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO, cGMP, etc.).

Safety and Health:

- Maintain a safe working environment.

- Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety policies.

Team Management:

- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, supervisors, and managers.

- Develop and implement training programs.

Maintenance and Engineering:

- Oversee maintenance and engineering activities.

- Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

Supply Chain Management:

- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.

- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial), Manufacturing, or related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the hygiene industry.

- Proven track record of leadership and management.

Skills:

- Strong operational and strategic thinking.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.).

- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

2. Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar.

3. Experience with ERP systems.
