Corporate HR Head - Manufacturing Business (10-15 yrs)

The ideal candidate will provide leadership across HR functions, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, development, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a Large Manufacturing company.
