Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance)

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare quality manual, quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information as per ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100D Standard
• Track, document, and report quality levels, as well as environmental, health and safety, and CSR KPIs.
• Plan, execute, and oversee product inspections to ensure they meet specifications and deliverables
• Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
• Developing and implementing standards for inspection
• Developing a workflow for product inspection
• Communicating with other team members to solve problems
• Train and support other quality assurance team members
• Complete product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Should have minimum 5-7 years of experience in Implementing and Managing QMS ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards & technical drawings, material specifications, and quality control.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes like machining.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
