About the Job

We are looking for a Security Manager who will manage the physical security of the Hyderabad campuses while helping to promote security and fraud awareness programs. The ideal candidate will also assist in completing the fraud risk assessments with all clients in Hyderabad and follow through on the action plans.

As Security Manager, You Will

• Assists the Regional Senior Security Manager in promoting strategic security plans and global security initiatives in Hyderabad

• Acts as point of contact for the Hyderabad Security team in all projects (new account, account movement, site build-out, etc.)

• Perform work on client security matters

• Participate in presale visits:

  • Respond to RFI/RFP questions

  • Review client contracts

  • Answer security questionnaires

  • Conduct client risk assessments

  • Advocate client security measures

  • Measure compliance with contractual obligations

  • Conduct go-live assessments

• Provide guidance and advice to IntouchCX s partners, business units, and executive staff on security best practices for internal security policy and contractual requirements

• Provides support in the implementation of the Fraud Prevention Program in Hyderabad

• Conduct investigations on security and fraud-related cases

• Maintain compliance with applicable security laws, regulations, internal security policies, procedures, and standards across Hyderabad

• Conduct external security audits and external security risk assessments

• Monitor safety and security incidents and provide advisories to the Hyderabad leadership team

• Oversee the site security team in the conduct of security engineering and daily activities

As Security Manager, You Have

• Post-secondary degree or graduate of any four-year course

• Background in security is ideal but not necessary

• Must be highly conversant and experienced with a wide variety of security concepts, techniques, and supporting security tools

• Must demonstrate a keen understanding of security as a business enabler

• Strong knowledge of Information Security principles and practices
