We are hiring for International Chat Process Immediate Joiners are preferred (Customer support)

As a Customer Service Associate, You Will

• Troubleshoot customers issues via Chat, remote access, and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with customers and advise about technical issues. Answer questions regarding issues, and make recommendations.
• Have daily interactions with customers and handle all issues from end to end via chat.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Quickly and effectively build rapport with customers, diagnose and resolve issues

As a Customer Service Associate , You Have

• Fresher or a minimum of 6 Months of experience of Customer Support with international Clients
• A post-secondary degree in any major Institute
• Fluency in spoken English
• Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
• A flexible schedule Must be okay to work nights
