SAP HCM (OM/PA) Consultant

The SAP HCM Consultant - Payroll/Compensation/Time Management will provide consulting services to clients on the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP HCM module, specifically focused on Payroll, Compensation, and Time Management.

The consultant will work with clients to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and compensation, as well as implementing time management policies and procedures.

The consultant will also provide support for end-users and develop training materials to improve user proficiency.

Configure and implement the SAP HCM module to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and compensation for employees.

Develop and maintain SAP HCM reports to support business needs and analysis.

Experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining the SAP HCM module.

Strong knowledge of Payroll, Compensation, and Time Management processes and best practices.

Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to time management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
