SAP TESTING Professional

Key Respnsibilities:
1.Test Planning and Preparatin:Analyze functinal requirements and technical specificatins fr SAP SD and CS mdules.Develp detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts, including integratin and regressin tests.Identify test data requirements and prepare test datasets.

2.Testing Executin:Perfrm end-t-end testing f SAP SD and CS functinalities, including rder prcessing, delivery, billing, returns, and service management.Test prtal interfaces related t custmer service, ensuring seamless user experience and functinality.Validate system behavir fr standard and custm SAP wrkflws.3.Defect Management:Lg, track, and reprt defects using defect tracking tls.Cllabrate with develpment and functinal teams t reslve issues and retest fixes.Ensure all defects are reslved within SLA timelines.

4.Autmatin and ptimizatin:Identify pprtunities fr test autmatin within SAP mdules.

Develp, execute, and maintain autmated test scripts using apprpriate testing tls.

ptimize testing prcesses and enhance test cverage.

5.Cllabratin and Cmmunicatin:Wrk clsely with crss-functinal teams t understand business prcesses and align testing strategies.Prvide regular status updates and testing prgress reprts t stakehlders.
Supprt user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist business users during validatin.

6.Dcumentatin:Dcument testing utcmes, including detailed defect lgs and testing reprts.Maintain an updated repsitry f test scripts, cases, and related dcumentatin.Cntribute t knwledge-sharing initiatives fr SAP testing best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:1.Technical Expertise:Strng hands-n experience in SAP SD and CS mdules, including cnfiguratin and end-user scenaris.
Familiarity with custmer service prtals and web-based SAP integratin pints.Knwledge f SAP transprt management and related testing cnsideratins.

2.Testing Tls:Prficiency in testing tls like HP ALM, SAP Slutin Manager, r Jira.Experience with test autmatin tls like Selenium, UFT, r Wrksft Certify is a plus.

3.Sft Skills:Excellent analytical and prblem-slving skills.Strng cmmunicatin and dcumentatin abilities.Ability t wrk independently and in a team-riented envirnment.4.Educatin and Certificatin:Bachelr s degree in Cmputer Science, Infrmatin Technlgy, r related fields.ISTQB Certificatin r equivalent SAP Testing certificatins are preferred.Knwledge f Agile and Scrum methdlgies is a plus.ISU utility industry is much needed
