Technical Product Manager

The Technical Product Manager plays a key role in driving the development and success of our products. They are responsible for defining product strategy, gathering technical requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design, and marketing teams, to gather and prioritize technical requirements. Translate business goals and customer needs into clear and actionable technical specifications. Product Development and Execution: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make adjustments as needed. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and work with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and reliability. Conduct user acceptance testing to validate that product requirements are met. Product Launch and Adoption: Develop go-to-market strategies and plans in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Drive product adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product performance metrics. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to the product strategy. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications. Provide regular reports to senior management on product status and performance.
