Mandatory Skills:LMS,Compensation, Successfactors
- 1. Minimum 4 years experience in SuccessFactors LMS and Compensation.
- 2. Active certification is a must in both LMS and Compensation modules.
- 3. Minimum of 2 End-to-end implementations in LMS and Compensation.
- 1. Accountable for day-to-day work and collaboration with Team members.
- 2. Work independently with minimal supervision.
- 3. Should have experience in LMS Custom reports (Plateau Report Designer).
- 4. Knowledge of XML and HTML is essential.
- Minimum 2 End-to-end Implementations in the Compensation module.
- Standard and Custom compensation statements.
