Role & responsibilities
1. Invoice preparation and dispatch.
2. Sample receiving, sample booking, and sample distribution to respective departments & report typing.
3. Maintaining test reports in an organized and easy retrieval manner.
4. Inform immediately to Section in-charge/QA in case of query from client.
5. Preparation of Quotation, report.
6. Report preparation and sending soft and hard copies to client.
7. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and preparing quotations.
8. Customer review of requests for analysis.
9. Establishing and maintaining working relationships with other areas of the organization, including laboratory, sales, IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
10. Visiting client for recovery of Bad Debts and Payment collection, against all testing activities.
11. Any other work assigned like Preparation of MIS, Excel based reports, data, and information, on day-to-day basis.
12. Subcontract Employee Salary Subcontract Lab Invoice Process for Payment.
