Scope -

To perform audits at client locations and also to manage Intertek Indias IT Technical function

Responsibilities

Auditing & Report Preparation

Key actions

• Preparation and communication of audit plan well in advance as defined in Intertek procedure / GOP
• Carry out assessments of client management systems and or providing Trainings.
• Monitoring team members and sub-contractors during assessment
• To ensure Zero complaints due to audits. If necessary, handling of client complaints and providing CAPA for the same.
• Fully understand and conduct audits as a leader or a member of the audit team as per the GOP/ GIs
• Ensure all relevant material/ documents taken during audits, duly returned to client and to maintain confidentiality.
• Prepare and submit all Reports, CAPs and other audit related documents in a complete, comprehensive and presentable manner consistent with Client/ Intertek quality and TAT guidelines
• Ensure confidentiality of information obtained during the course of employment and 100% adherence to CoE and Zero Tolerance Policy of Intertek
• Travel and assist in trip planning with short notices as per operational requirements
• Completion and maintenance of audit files

Responsibilities

Technical Management

KEY ACTIONS

• Responsible to oversee Technical activities related to IT accreditation of Intertek under Director Technical
• Review and approval of other Auditors and Tech Experts, including skill set updation on platforms such as iEnable.
• Internal Audit of Intertek Management system
• Approval of Client Information Form to be provided to Sales
• Active interest in development of IT Training and certification schemes with First timer advantage; to help develop certification schemes
• Review and approval of client files for approval of certification, Quality is the Key and TAT is the Focus point.
• Review and provide decision of suspension and withdrawal of certificates
• Continuous monitoring of other IT auditors on new and renewal Witness Audits.
• Coordination with other Technical team members to achieve and maintain Accreditation
• Responsible for Adherence to ISO 17021 and IT related Accreditation procedures
• Responsible to manage external Accreditation body audits including CAPA management..

We are Looking for You with

Qualification

• Engineering Degree in IT / Electronics or Equivalent related to IT field

Technical Certifications -

• Qualified on Integrated Management System, Qualified Lead Auditor in Information security i.e. ISO27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301 and ISO 20001 standards [IRCA accredited]

Experience

• Min 15 years of experience in implementing ISMS, ITSMS, PIMS and BCMS in any S/w development company [3rd party audit experience at a CB is preferred at-least 5 years out of min 15 years]
• Experience in managing IT accreditation is preferred.
• Any other IT related qualifications such as cloud security, TISAX, etc. is recommended
