Accounts Payable Sr Executive

POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform accounts payable functions by receiving auditing and inputting production and in-house invoices into multiple payable systems. Following up with local offices and vendors to resolve problems, running/analyzing reports. Various other AP related specialized functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Executing AP Reports/analysis to determine if corrections/further action is required
• Communicate frequently with local offices to resolve AP related discrepancies
• Assist AP Manager with client service questions
• System enhancement review as needed
• Experience with auditing of vendor accounts a plus

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate
• 3 years experience in Accounts Payable
• Atleast 1-2 years experience in SAP
• Must have excellent organizational skills to keep vendor documentation in order
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills are required
• Possess excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office
• Must be flexible and work well under pressure
