Job Title: International Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad

Job Description: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Voice - Customer Support Executives with Excellent communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or any BPO related experience. (10+2 undergraduates can apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Providing information about products and services.
- Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
