Location : Ernakulam (HQ) to manage promoters/merchandisers in Ekm,Idukki and Thrissur districts

Checks to do daily -

Promoter wise

Daily check screenshots needed to checked

Check if the daily targets is communicated and tracked effectively on daily basis

Check if the promoter came in Proper grooming

Stock freshness and stock availablity is the priority check that TL should make

Check the planogram is follwed in the shelf stcking pictures shared daily by promoters

Weekly tracking

DSR and promoter book sale should match

Attendance should be submitted weekly and question

Merchandiser wise -

Checks to do daily

Check if the GTM plan is productive

Checking if merchandiser covered all the stores in his/her route plan

Check if she/he spending correct time in the outlets

Check if the merchandiser going in to the outlet godwown and clearing the stocks in to shelfs and look for FIFO is followed in the stacking of Shelfs

Check if the TOT outlets are executed and posted in FA app survey, if not the reasons should be posted

Check the merchandiser carry all the merchandising materials and POP in his hand when he is visiting the market

Check if he/she has the route puching book and do they getting seal and sign from the correct person in the store.

Merchansider should check In and check out each and every stores in FA app and should be checked by the TL's

Check do the merchandiser completing all the tasks in FA app

Check the Planogram and SOS calculatio done by the merchandiser and If wrong correct it

Weekly tracking

Check If any GTM correction needed and correct it

Train the merchandisers about the FA app, Product and placement

Tracking of TOT and sharing a detailed report of non completion

Planogram training and SOS training should be taken weekly once
