Executive - DMS/Software - Distribution Management

1. Maintenance of pricing structure in Billing software in accordance to approved pricelist for various categories of customers.

2. Understanding the monthly sales promotion activities proposed by sales and marketing team and defining the same in the billing software.

3. Generate reports from billing software as per management & audit needs.

4. Masterdata maintenance in software and liasoning of development needs arising from various users.

5. Provide assistance and training required for salesmen & distributors for using the software for order taking & billing.

6. Provide value added MIS updates on sales & sales promotion using data fetched through the software.

• Candidate should be good at mathematics, possess data hygiene, decent IQ level for problem solving capability and should have speed in MS excel.
