Territory Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and expanding existing accounts.
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share in the assigned territory through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of competition
• Manage Modern Trade channels across locations from Thrissur to Kasaragod.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Modern Trade or B2B sales.
