Dms Executive

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated DMS Installation and Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of our Distributor Management System. This role involves working closely with distributors, internal teams, and sales team to ensure the system is implemented effectively and operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Configuration:
• Install and configure the Distributor Management System (DMS) on distributor sites and internal environments.
• Customize the DMS to meet specific distributor requirements, including setup of user accounts, permissions, and system parameters.
• Ensure all installations are completed within specified timeline given by business team.
• Technical Support:
• Provide first and second-level support to distributors and internal users experiencing issues with the DMS.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, working to resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
• Escalate complex issues to third-level support or vendor as necessary, ensuring a timely resolution with the given TAT.
• Training and Documentation:
• Conduct training sessions for distributors and internal staff on the use and functionality of the DMS.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.
• System Maintenance and Upgrades:
• Perform regular system maintenance, including backups, updates, and patches to ensure the DMS is up-to-date and secure.
• Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and new feature implementations.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to understand and address distributor needs.
