Quality & Material Engineer For Chennai Ring Road

Project: Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision Consultancy Services for Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Section II.

Role & responsibilities

Assist the TL and to finalize sampling methods and criteria and

acceptance criteria for quality control and assurance;

 Examine the contractors preparation and completed portion of work

as per Request for Inspection and advise the contractor promptly;

 Monitor closely and regularly the progress on materials procurement

and quality and report to the TL;

 Carry out inspection of the contractors laboratory equipment and

report to the TL;

 Ensure and witness sampling and testing being carried out by the

contractor and undertake additional tasks as necessary to ensure

quality of works;

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification: B.E Civil and Master degree in Geotechnical/Material/Highway

Engineering.

General Experience: 15 to 20 years experience

Experience in the Sector: 10 years

Similar capacity: 7 years

Experience in Multi-lateral / Bi lateral Funded Projects: 3 years
