Team Leader For Mumbai

Project:

Appointment of General Consultant for The works of elimination of Level Crossing gates in different Divisions of Central Railway under CAO/ C/ RSP in Central railway by construction of ROB/ RUB/ LHS/ FOB/ Pedestrian Subway/ Other Structures/ Road Merger/ Diversion etc from the stage of review of DPR to Execution & Commissioning and han d holding till Defect Liability Period (DLP) of execution contract, excluding Execution Supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

. Professional Qualification: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, & preferably MBA/Project management/ Construction Management from a recognised institute

ii. Length of experience: 25 years for degree/28 years for diploma

iii. For Railway/Railway PSUs/Other Govt/PSUs Shall have served at SAG level in Railway/Superintending Engineer in State Govt/GM in PSUs/NHAI or Metro Rail Corp.

iii. Relevant Experience:

a) At least 3 year Experience as Team Leader or 5 years Experience as Chief Sector Expert/Chief Resident Engineer in relevant field (in terms of 3.1.3A of this RFP) either in PMC/PC or similar consultancy by any other name or in Construction Agency,

OR

b) At least 10 years in JAG and above experience in Railways in Open Line/ Construction with experience in Construction at JAG level & above,

OR

c) At least 10 years in JGM and above experience in Railway PSU/Metros SPVs under taking Construction project with experience in Construction at JGM and above,OR

d) At least 10 years Executive Engineer (or equivalent) and above experience in Central/State Govt/NHAI with experience of Road Over Bridge/Flyover Construction at Executive Engineer & above
