The Role

Serve as an in-house Zoho specialist

Lead the implementation of Zoho across the different modules

Keep yourself abreast of all the features and updates and upgrade the system from time to time

Manage the quality and consistency of data, generate reports, and input data to support organization

initiatives

Update and maintain all records across the Zoho suite, Zoho CRM

Assist, train, and create guidelines and user guides for the team to use Zoho.

Provide consulting around best practices of Zoho administration and implementation to enhance user

experience

Gather business requirements and proactively suggest solutions

Trouble shoot and resolve issues

Manage the software requirements of the Organization

Make sure the health of the systems and machines are all ok from time to time

Proactively suggesting new technologies that can help the team be more e cient

Ensure smooth operations of all the systems across the organization

Onboarding and offboarding of employees over Zoho One

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
