Accounting Manager - CA

Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc. is a manufacturer of OHM Pipe Tobacco & Filtered Cigars based in Mount Prospect, IL. We offer a wide range of products such as OHM pipe tobacco, OHM filtered cigars, Shargio tubes, Shargio injec tors, rollers, & machines, Shargio pipes, and many more accessories.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Processing invoices and expense claims.
• Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
• Performing vendor and bank reconciliations.
• Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.
• Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
• Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
• Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Managing internal and external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits.
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with ENTER_ACCOUNTING_EXPERTISE.

Ideal Profile

• You are a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• You have at least 1 year experience within a Accounting Manager or Accounts Payable / AP role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry and Brokerage / Treasury / Securities Exchange industry.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
