Zoho CRM Management: UseZoho CRM and related tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor salesactivities.
Collaboration: Workclosely with sales and marketing teams to align goals and develop leadgeneration strategies.
Reporting & Analysis: Generateand analyze sales reports using Zoho tools to identify trends and opportunitiesfor growth.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly,and annual New Business sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customerrelationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for prospectsduring their evaluation of Zoho App(s).
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Zohoproductofferings and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposalsand presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits andfeatures of Zoho App(s).
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting toclosing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication throughoutthe process.
Maintain a viable pipeline of opportunities,nurture them, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams, includingPresales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure aseamless customer experience.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to theMD and the Director of Sales, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areasfor improvement.
Collaborate withcustomers implementation partner, wherever needed to achieve overallsatisfaction with the solution and create a trusted 3 way partnership betweencustomer, partner, and Zoho.
Use solution selling expertise to respond optimally to customer needs and helpthem realize business value from adopting Zohos suite of products.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in sales or business development from a software/SaaS background.
Prior experience in selling SaaS applications suchas CRM, ERP, Accounting, Marketing Apps and HRMS is preferred.
CRM Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and lead generation techniques.
Proven track record of closing B2B deals in the SMBand Mid Market segments as well as consistently exceeding New Business revenuetargets.
Ability to deliver effective presentations andproduct demos highlighting the key value proposition.
Open to travel domestically for customer meetings.
Comfortable using tools such as CRM for processmanagement and reporting. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
