Zoho CRM Specialist

We are an IT services company specializing in website design, development, and digital marketing. We are expanding our offerings to include CRM consulting and automation services. We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Zoho CRM Specialist who can manage, optimize, and automate our clients' CRM systems effectively. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM functionalities and the ability to implement and automate processes tailored to various business services.

Responsibilities:
Complete setup and customization of Zoho CRM for diverse business needs
Automate workflows, blueprints, and processes within Zoho CRM
Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications and third-party software
Perform data migration and ensure data integrity
Develop and generate customized reports and dashboards
Provide training and support to end-users
Troubleshoot and resolve any Zoho CRM-related issues
Continuously monitor and improve the CRM system to meet evolving business needs
Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to ensure seamless CRM integration

Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho CRM setup, configuration, and customization
Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices across various industries
Experience with Zoho CRM automation tools, including workflows, blueprints, and macros
Ability to integrate Zoho CRM with other systems and applications
Proficiency in data migration techniques and tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and training skills
Certification in Zoho CRM or related field is a plus

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of other Zoho applications (Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, etc.)
Experience with API integrations and scripting languages
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools within Zoho CRM
Ability to understand and cater to the automation needs of different business services
