About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee a team of Software Operators/Data Entry Specialists. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maintain high-quality standards in data processing, and support the team in meeting project deadlines. If you have strong leadership skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for improving processes, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of Software Operators/Data Entry Specialists.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks, including dataset creation, traffic footage analysis, and software operations.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving team-related issues and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and data science teams, to streamline workflows.
• Oversee testing and feedback processes for AI-based tools and ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain documentation and reports to track team progress and operational metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
• Operational Excellence: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards for quality and accuracy in team outputs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with computer systems, software tools, and basic troubleshooting (no programming required).
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in operations, data processing, or a related field.
