HR Recruiter

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team at Rablik. As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization.

Responsibility
Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
