Responsible to generate leads for contact center business and onboard new business
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients in industries that would benefit from BPO services.
Use various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn, etc.) to prospect and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Engage with key decision-makers in target organizations to understand their business needs and propose tailored BPO solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Sales and Negotiation:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids.
Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and threats.
Stay updated with the latest BPO industry trends and services to offer innovative solutions to clients.
Identify and pursue new service offerings that will contribute to the growth of the business.
Proposal and Contract Management:
Work with internal teams to prepare customized proposals, pricing strategies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure proposals are aligned with company capabilities and client requirements.
