Role Title: Program Manager - Strategy

Role Overview:

- InsuranceDekho is seeking a Program Manager - Strategy to lead and streamline strategic cross-functional projects in operations and other functions in close collaboration with the Founder's Office.

- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operational management in a collaborative environment.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business planning, or growth roles and come from a top-tier MBA college.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Planning:

- Work with the Founder's Office and leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business forecasting to drive decision-making.

- Develop and present business strategies, investment plans, and growth frameworks.

Project Management & Execution:

- Lead high-priority strategic projects across different business verticals.

- Ensure timely execution and impact-driven outcomes for all initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and product.

Data-Driven Insights & Optimization:

- Analyze business performance metrics and recommend process improvements.

- Leverage data analytics to identify key trends and opportunities for scaling operations.

- Drive automation and system improvements for efficiency.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement:

- Act as a key liaison between the Founder's Office and other business teams.

- Work closely with senior leadership to track business priorities and align teams.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documents for leadership and investors.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a top-tier B-school (IIMs, MICA, TISS, XIMB, NITIE, TAPMI, MDI, etc.).

- 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, or a related role.
