Relationship Manager || OEM & Dealership

What will be your role in the Company?

Client Relationship Management:

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the motor dealerships.

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales and Business Development:

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the equipment manufacturing sector.

● Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's market share.

Insurance Solutions:

● Provide clients with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their specic needs.

● Stay updated on the latest insurance products and industry trends to offer the best advice to clients.

Collaboration and Coordination:

● Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.

● Coordinate with the underwriting and claims teams to facilitate the processing of insurance policies and claims.

Reporting and Documentation:

● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information. ● Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback
