Role Title: Program Manager - Human Resource
Role Overview:
- InsuranceDekho is seeking a Program Manager - Human Resource to lead and streamline strategic cross-functional projects in operations and other functions in close collaboration with the Founder's Office.
- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operational management in a collaborative environment.
- The ideal candidate from a top-tier MBA college will have 1-2 years of experience in human resource management, HR operations, or talent strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Execution:
- Lead & drive key HR projects aligned with the company's growth and talent strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Lead organization-wide HR initiatives, including performance management, L&D, and employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Work closely with the TA team to build a pipeline of top talent.
- Analyze workforce trends and implement strategies for talent retention and growth.
- Support leadership in succession planning and talent mobility.
HR Operations & Process Improvement:
- Optimize HR operations, automation, and compliance processes for efficiency.
- Improve onboarding, payroll, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle management.
- Implement data-driven HR analytics to enhance decision-making.
Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Foster a strong organizational culture and improve employee experience.
- Design and execute engagement programs, rewards & recognition, and well-being initiatives.
- Partner with teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement:
- Act as a key liaison between the Founder's Office and HR teams.
- Present reports, insights, and HR strategies to leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a top-tier B-school (MICA, TISS, XIMB, NITIE, TAPMI, etc.).
- 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, or a related role.
