Sales Executive - Commercial Lines/SME/Corporate Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Sales: Identify, engage, and acquire mid and large corporate clients for insurance solutions through POSP agents.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in corporate organizations. Understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
• Sales Targets & Performance: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insightful recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
• Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Customer Retention & Upselling: Focus on customer retention and explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements:

• Post Graduates degree Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
