Talent Acquisition Intern

1. Sourcing Candidates

• Assist in identifying potential candidates for open roles through job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), and networking.
• Help with posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Research and source passive candidates who may not have applied for positions but are a good fit for the company.

2. Screening Resumes

• Review and filter resumes to match qualifications and experience with the job requirements.
• Help short-list candidates for interviews based on specific criteria and job descriptions.

3. Coordinating Interviews

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview details to candidates (time, location, and format) and ensure all logistics are handled.
• Prepare interview materials or assessments as required by the hiring manager.

4. Candidate Communication

• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, responding to their queries and providing status updates.
• Assist in conducting phone or video interviews with candidates, if applicable.
