Program Manager (Operations)
Role Title: Program Manager - Operations
Role Overview:
- InsuranceDekho is seeking a Program Manager - Operations to lead and streamline strategic cross-functional projects in operations and other functions in close collaboration with the Founder's Office.
- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operational management in a collaborative environment.
- The perfect candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in operations management and come from a top-tier MBA college.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management & Operational Excellence:
- Lead & drive key operational projects in alignment with the strategic goals of the Founder's Office.
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of projects with measurable impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, customer service, finance, and IT.
Process Optimization & Efficiency:
- Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement best practices, process automation, and cost-saving initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and monitor SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement:
- Serve as a liaison between the Founder's Office and Operations Team, facilitating effective communication.
- Present operational plans, progress updates, and key performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Establish and track KPIs to measure operational efficiency and project success.
- Use data analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a top-tier B-school (MICA, TISS, XIMB, NITIE, TAPMI, etc.
- 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, or a related role
