Duties and Responsibilities
Ð¥ Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
Ð¥ Achieving & exceeding Business goals.
Ð¥ Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
Ð¥ Meeting up with CAT A builders and getting their projects approved with BAFL
Ð¥ Negotiation with the builders for getting business in a cost effective manner
Ð¥ Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM.
Ð¥ Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
Ð¥ Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
Ð¥ Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
Ð¥ Ensuring that Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings is done on time and in an effective manner.
Ð¥ Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
Ð¥ Sales & Collect Model - Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio
Required Qualifications and Experience
Ð¥ Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 3-4 years (also graduates with experience of 8-10 years may apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments / corporate sales experience
