Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:
    • Actively promote the institution to prospective students by attending college fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events.
    • Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, teachers, and educational organizations.
    • Identify and reach out to prospective students through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media.
  2. Application Process:
    • Guide prospective students through the admissions process, from filling out applications to submitting required documents (transcripts, essays, recommendation letters, etc.).
    • Provide information about eligibility requirements, financial aid options, scholarships, and program offerings.
    • Review application materials and ensure that all required documents are submitted correctly and on time.
  3. Interviewing & Counseling:
    • Conduct interviews with prospective students to evaluate their academic interests, extracurricular activities, and overall fit for the institution.
    • Provide personalized guidance on program selection, career pathways, and the benefits of attending the institution.
    • Offer counseling and support to students and their families throughout the decision-making process.

    In admission season we have to work 7 days a week. And so much pressure for meeting target, threatening to fire from job. Without proper communication suddenly fire people actually they don't fire, they will say employees to put resignation paper. And will use marketing team for taking admission also use admission counselors for marketing jobs.. Like no other companies do that. Period
