Engineering Manager

We re looking for a talented Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining our class-leading suite of Enterprise products. The chosen candidate must be a self-starter, possess great organizational skills, and have excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Take ownership of the product, understanding the domain and technology deeply.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
• Set clear goals for the team and drive them to successful completion.
• Work closely with product managers and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the team follows best practices in Agile methodologies.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the distributed team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Utilize strengths and address weaknesses within the team to maximize productivity.
• Resolve technical issues and participate in hands-on development when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and team performance.

Qualification and Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong Finance and Accounting Knowledge is a must
