Engineering Manager

What you'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 25 engineers across various disciplines to achieve product and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other departments to align engineering efforts with business goals and product vision.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability, while supporting engineers in their career development.
• Own the technical roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of key milestones.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of the systems being built.
• Implement and maintain engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Collaborate on hiring strategies to grow the engineering team as the company scales.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in engineering leadership roles, managing teams of at least 10 engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and system architecture, ideally with modern web technologies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic, business-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and at all levels of the organization.
