Job Description
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.

- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service and relationship building is highly valued.
- Familiarity with RPA, Machine Learning, and speech-to-text technologies is necessary.
- Relevant certifications in these technologies are considered advantageous.
Necessary qualifications, skills, and attributes the Inside Sales Manager needs to excel in this role:
- Must possess a bachelor s degree or higher level of education.
- Minimum experience of three years in a similar role with a solid track record of outbound calling and email marketing.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Awareness of cutting-edge technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning, and speech-to-text
- Any relevant certifications in these technologies would be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Flexible and willing to work the US Shift.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
