Manager - Sales - South

Role & responsibilities

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently
  meeting or exceeding targets.
• Rich Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Adequate experiences in analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective
  strategies and optimize the current ones.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Implementing the companys sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary
  actions.
• Extensive Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the Region.
• Interacting with Operations/Engineering/Finance/National sales head and confirms the
  techno-commercial requirements to all Sales Engineers.
• Meets customer along with Sales engineer whenever required.
• Monitors the product gap, technical gap and keeps updating the management for addressing
  the same.
• Forecasts to Operations team with respect to order & delivery commitments. Sales
  effectiveness of respective product for the business segment, customers, sales region, sales
  team.
• Prepares the Budget and allocates Segment wise / Area wise.
• Reviews and Proposes Budget to the Management.
• Takes decision wherever sales team needs support.
• Reviews the business and takes appropriate decisions for the growth.
• Attends Sales Review Meetings.
