Assistant Manager-Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• To Responsible for Attend Machine/Equipment Breakdown, Diagnosis & Resolve asap.
• To Handle & Lead the Maintenance team including Shift Engineer, Fitter, Electrician for Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance.
• To Make RCA-CA for Major Problems & KPI Non- Compliances.
• To Find alternative solutions for making machines functional if there is a delay in repair and avoid production loss.
• To Schedule & Perform PM during Breaks/holidays to avoid production loss.
• To Evaluate the Condition of Equipment by continuous on-Job equipment monitoring and Plan Maintenance accordingly.
• To Responsible for strong follow up with service providers for PM, break down maintenance under AMC.
• To keep Eyes on 24 hours Breakdowns and support to resolve within KPI Targets.
• To Make Co-Ordination with Shift Team and ensue smooth Handover & Shift Reliving
• To Ensure No Loss of Productivity due to Machine Downtime.
• To Maintain the Documentation-Energy Report, Shift Logbook, Breakdown Report, Breakdown Slip, MRM Data & PPT, Spare part Consumption Breakup & Analysis, Electricity Energy Report…etc.
• Experienced in Troubleshooting and In-house repairing of Electrical & Electronics Parts.
• To Train Operating Personnel those are using Equipment and Machines as per SOPs to minimize the Breakdowns .

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate Should be BE/B.Tech in Electronics Engineering
• Candidate Should have Dynamic Personality and Ability to Control and Lead team under work Pressure.
• Candidates should have Technical Skills to read & Write the Electrical, Electronics Control and Power Diagram.
• Candidate Should have Hands on Experience on Injection Moulding Machine Overhauling as Individuals.
• Hands on Experience on PLC,HMI ,VFD, Servo VFD Programming, Electronic Card with Component Repairing & Maintenance.
• Hands on Experience on SPM Machines Devolvement & Maintenance.
• Candidate should have Sound knowledge & experience of Operation & Maintenance in Injection Molding Machines-Ferromatic, L&T, JSW, Super Master and their auxiliaries-Wittman, Matsui, Prasad. Utility Equipment-Chiller, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, RO Plant, Softener Plant Background.
• Candidate should have Strong Knowledge of Operation & Maintenance of Automation.
