Role & responsibilities

• 2 - 3 years of experiences in handling warehouse.
• Must have strong knowledge on Order Management & Invoice creation.
• Monitoring inbound and outbound activities of warehouse
• Adequate knowledge on ERP Go-Live implementation & Data migration processes and GRN
  Preparation
• Ability to Dispatch the materials on FIFO Basis
• Experiences in GST and TDS Filing work assistance with consultants
• Responsible for Finished Goods Stores/Service Stores.
• Maintain receipt of material till delivery to customer.
• Coordination with internal team and transporter for smooth delivery.
• Executing inbound and outbound procedures
• Ability to prepare MIS report
• Providing Transport vendor settlement and Following up with Customer acknowledgement.
• Must have knowledge on end to end Freight management.
• Shipment labels to be verified with shipment boxes and docket to be verified with Sales
  Invoice for all shipments.
• Monitoring FTL & LTL shipments
• Perpetual stock verification to be done on monthly Basic.
