Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in soldering and desoldering components at the PCB level. Experience with both through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) components is ideal.
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembling cables, including wire cutting, crimping, and terminal assembly.
Experience with repairing, replacing, and reworking electronic components on PCBs.
Understanding of electronic components, circuit boards, and electrical systems.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot faulty solder joints, component defects, or cable manufacturing issues.
Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering irons.
Conduct component-level repairs, including rework and replacement of defective parts on circuit boards.
Inspect, test, and troubleshoot circuit boards and cables to ensure they meet quality standards.
Use specialized tools and equipment (e.g., soldering irons, wire crimpers, and test equipment) safely and effectively.
Follow safety protocols, including ESD protection, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
