Job Summary:

Innovatiview India Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Treasury Manager to lead and oversee the companys cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of experience in treasury functions, financial planning, and risk mitigation strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills as the candidate will be managing a team and driving strategic financial decisions for the organization. The role will also involve close coordination with senior leadership to optimize capital allocation, working capital management, and financial risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls in line with corporate and regulatory requirements to optimize working capital management.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize banking structures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including negotiations on banking terms and credit facilities.
• Lead foreign exchange risk management, hedging strategies, and investment planning to minimize financial risk exposure.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, tax laws, and other financial statutory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Forecast cash flow and prepare short-term and long-term financial planning strategies, including scenario planning and stress testing of financial models.
• Monitor debt and capital structure, optimizing financing options to meet business objectives and evaluating funding alternatives.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business units to align treasury strategies with company goals and ensure seamless financial operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of treasury professionals to drive efficiency, innovation, and performance improvement.
• Evaluate and implement treasury management systems and financial tools for automation, improved reporting, and real-time financial insights.
• Ensure timely execution of payments, collections, and reconciliation processes while maintaining strong internal financial controls.
• Assess macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and financial market conditions to provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
• Participate in corporate strategy development by providing insights on capital allocation, debt management, and funding strategies.

Key Requirements:

• CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
• 12-18 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or banking with a proven track record of financial leadership.
• Strong understanding of cash management, forex, debt financing, capital markets, and financial risk assessment.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of treasury professionals.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and external financial partners.
• Proficiency in treasury management software, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
