Job Description

• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, including the drafting of general replies on behalf of the CEO.
• Maintain databases and internal reports.
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials for CEOs presentations and speeches.
• Manage and maintain CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, including visas and tickets.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
• Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence and speaking for the executive.
• Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Liaise with internal senior team managers.
• Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Conduct weekly diary meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other requests.
• Filter general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
• Manage the process of calling for a briefing on behalf of the CEO from start to finish ensuring that he is fully prepared for all engagements.

Annual Remuneration: Maximum up to Rupees 6,00,000/- depending on last salary drawn &

relevant experience
