Key Responsibilities:
● Advanced Correspondence Drafting: Compose, edit, and proofread professional emails, letters, and other communications with precision and clarity.
● Technology Integration: Use AI tools, apps, and software to optimize workflows, manage tasks, and automate repetitive processes.
● Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEOs schedule, ensuring optimal time utilization for meetings, travel, and events.
● Data Management: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and analyze data to assist in decision-making.
● Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
● Project Support: Assist in planning and monitoring key initiatives, ensuring timely progress and reporting.
● Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external contacts, acting as the CEOs representative when needed.
● Personal Assistance: Provide support for personal tasks as required, ensuring the CEO's work-life balance.
Qualifications:
● Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (mandatory).
● Experience: 3+ years in a similar role supporting senior executives, with exposure to advanced drafting and technical tools.
● Technical Proficiency:
○ Expertise in AI tools and automation software.
○ Proficient in MS Office Suite, G Suite, and other productivity applications.
○ Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus.
● Additional Skills:
○ Exceptional written communication skills for drafting professional documents.
○ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
○ Quick adaptability to new software and tools.
● Preferred Courses: Certification in AI tools, business communication, or executive management is a significant advantage.
